Energy Stone Return Policy
We guarantee to exchange merchandise or issue a refund if you are not completely satisfied within 21 days of original purchase.
You will be refunded for the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 7 business days for us to process the refund upon receipt of the return. The refund will come through the sales platform where you purchased the item from.
If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, your refund will be the actual price you paid for the item.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@energystone.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in brand new and unused condition with all packaging intact. Items returned in used condition will not be refunded.
You may keep the promotional ring sizer from us as a thank you gift for trying our rings.
The original freight charges will not be reimbursed.
The customer is responsible for return freight to Energy Stone.

EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE
We will gladly exchange the same style for a different size. We do not exchange for different styles. If you would like to exchange for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order now just ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
RETURNING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT
If your goods arrive damaged, please keep all packaging materials and notify us at info@energystone.com within 7 days for a replacement. We will ask you to provide photos of the damage for our internal research purposes. We will provide a free return shipping label or refund the shipping cost.
